Structural includes all those things attached to the house from walls to roofs to downspouts to fences to siding.
Plumbing
While we are not licensed plumbers we can most definitely handle the usual stuff that comes up in plumbing. From replacing a toilet, to fixing your leaky pipe to install a dishwasher, and all things in between, all while saving you hundreds of dollars over other companies. and we're quick about showing up including after hours if needed! We can even do new installations like vanities and tubs, shower surrounds, etc.
How it works!
To get service you simply give us a call or send us an email. It's two ways the work is priced: there's work that's done time and materials, and there's work that's done on a set bid, depending what type of work it is. To do something like replace a hot water tank is a set price since we do a lot of them and it's usually about the same amount of time each time. When the case of a clogged toilet could be as simple as running an auger down it or is it complicated as replacing a toilet or taking it off to see what's inside so we don't know how long it's going to take so we just charge you time & materials.
