FC Maintenance is a division of Full Circle Property Management, and they handle maintenance for our portfolio of single family homes, multifamily homes, apartments, condos, even small commercial buildings. We have been around over 35 years and our staff is well trained to just tackle whatever issues you have going on
Our new format now allows us to perform maintenance on properties we don't manage as well as those we manage on a daily basis. We do not have the service call fee which makes us the perfect company to call for small jobs. Our crew of experienced workers can tackle larger jobs easily, and for those big jobs we can combine with subcontractors to keep your costs lower. All of our workers are insured, passed background examinations, and all have virus vaccines
Our standard pricing is $75 per hour and we offer 10% discount on labor for senior citizens and veterans making us one of the best bargains in all of central Ohio. Our work is guaranteed 4 for six months. Most vendors are six to weeks behind while our guys are ready to start and as quick as the next day. We also have emergency 24 hour service if needed !
